سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «حلقات جبران»
آخر تحديث: 30 أيلول 2026تطبيق «حلقات جبران» (Jubran Halaqat) خاص بحلقات تحفيظ القرآن في مسجد جبران في عمّان، ويربط المدرّسين بأولياء أمور الطلاب: جدول الدروس، الإعلانات، الحضور، الواجبات وسجل الحفظ. نحترم خصوصيتكم وخصوصية أبنائكم، وهذه الصفحة توضح ما نجمعه وكيف نستخدمه.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- من ولي الأمر: رقم الهاتف (يُستخدم لتحديد أبنائه وإنشاء حسابه).
- عن الطالب: الاسم، الصف والمدرسة والعمر (اختياري)، حالة الطالب، ملاحظات المدرّس، مقدار المحفوظ، سجل الحضور والغياب، الواجبات وما تم حفظه.
- من المدرّس: الاسم ورقم الهاتف، والإعلانات والصور التي ينشرها.
- من الجهاز: معرّف الإشعارات (يُستخدم لإرسال إشعارات الواجبات والإعلانات فقط).
لا نجمع الموقع الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الصور أو الملفات من جهازك (إلا صورة الإعلان التي يختارها المدرّس)، ولا نستخدم الإعلانات أو أدوات التتبع والتحليلات.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- عرض بيانات كل طالب لوليّ أمره وللمدرّسين.
- تسجيل الحضور والواجبات ومتابعة الحفظ.
- إرسال إشعارات عن واجب جديد أو إعلان جديد.
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض تسويقية أو إعلانية.
الخدمات التي نعتمد عليها
- Google Firebase (المصادقة وقاعدة البيانات Firestore) لتخزين البيانات بشكل مشفّر أثناء النقل.
- OneSignal لإرسال الإشعارات، ويستلم معرّف الجهاز ووسوماً تحدد الطلاب المرتبطين بهذا الجهاز.
لكل خدمة سياسة خصوصية خاصة بها.
من يستطيع رؤية البيانات
- المدرّسون: يرون بيانات جميع طلاب الحلقة.
- ولي الأمر: يرى بيانات أبنائه المسجّلين برقم هاتفه، ويستطيع تعديل اسم الطالب وصفه ومدرسته وعمره فقط.
بيانات الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لأولياء الأمور والمدرّسين، وليس للأطفال. بيانات الطلاب يدخلها المدرّس أو وليّ الأمر، ولا يُنشئ الأطفال حسابات بأنفسهم.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام الطالب مسجّلاً في الحلقة. عند حذف طالب من التطبيق يُخفى من القوائم وتُحفظ سجلاته للأرشفة. يمكنكم طلب حذف بيانات طالب أو ولي أمر نهائياً بالتواصل مع إدارة الحلقة (انظر أدناه)، وسنحذفها من قاعدة البيانات.
حقوقكم
يحق لكم الاطلاع على بيانات أبنائكم، وتصحيحها، وطلب حذفها في أي وقت.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه الصفحة عند تغيّر التطبيق، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلاها.

Privacy Policy — Jubran Halaqat
Last updated: 30 September 2026Jubran Halaqat is a small app for one Quran memorization circle at Jubran mosque, Amman, Jordan. It connects teachers with students' parents: lesson schedule, announcements, attendance, assignments and memorization history.
Data we collect
- Parents: phone number (used to find their children and create the account).
- Students: name, optional school grade / school name / age, status, teacher notes, memorized amount, attendance, assignments and progress.
- Teachers: name and phone number; announcements and images they post.
- Device: a push-notification identifier, used only to deliver assignment and announcement notifications.
We do not collect location, contacts, or files from your device, and we use no advertising, tracking or analytics.
How we use it
To show each student's information to their parent and teachers, record attendance and assignments, and send notifications. We do not sell or share data for marketing or advertising.
Service providers
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) stores the data, encrypted in transit.
- OneSignal delivers push notifications (receives the device identifier and tags for the linked students).
Who can see the data
Teachers see all students of the circle. A parent sees only their own children (matched by phone number) and can edit only the child's name, grade, school and age.
Children
The app is intended for parents and teachers, not children. Student records are entered by teachers or parents; children do not create accounts.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the student is enrolled. A student removed in the app is hidden and archived. You may request permanent deletion of a student's or parent's data at any time by contacting the circle administration through the circle teacher.
